This year, the Swiss watch brand is reinterpreting one of its iconic pieces from the 1980s and offering four modern and elegant variations. Balmain is paying tribute to one of the watches that has marked its history and inspired many of its designs by offering this year a reinterpretation of an Haute Elegance model launched in 1987. Like the original piece, it proudly displays sumptuous arabesques on its dial. Balmain’s signature motif, this decoration was inspired by the famous “Antonia” evening dress created by Balmain Paris for its spring/summer 1954 collection. A true masterpiece of fashion, it made its mark on the French Haute Couture of the 1950s.
