At Canada Watch House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original manufacturer packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
